Temporary Shipping Delay
All orders placed between 2nd – 20th October 2026 will be despatched from Wednesday 21st October 2026. It may take a few days to work through them, but they’ll be sent that week.
Avoid the Delay
Please order on or before Thursday 1st October 2026 to avoid the delay.
Especially if you’re ordering a gift for someone, or something for your Japan trip, please watch out for the delay!
International Orders
For orders outside the UK, remember that shipping takes 1-3 weeks (depending on your location), so if you need something at the start of November, please order before the delay. I ship to all countries worldwide.
Thanks for your patience!
